Can the WRI Library borrow books through interlibrary loan (ILL) if I’m located in a country office or work remotely?

No, we can only borrow material for staff who come into the Washington, DC office. The lending library will only ship to a library; they will not ship to an individual.  ILL policy stipulates that the book remains in the office in case it is recalled by the lending library. We cannot ship a borrowed book to another address because we do not want to risk losing the book and jeopardizing our privileges.
